When should you use managed intake?

Most customers run CASO Comply themselves — either through our hosted cloud API or the on-premise Docker agent. Managed intake is for teams where neither of those is a fit.

HIPAA-covered workflows

Your documents contain PHI and can't be uploaded to the hosted cloud. You also don't have a team available to stand up the Docker agent inside your HIPAA boundary.

Strict-IT government

You're a state or local agency facing the April 24, 2026 ADA Title II deadline, but your IT change-control process makes deploying new software infeasible in time.

No deployment capacity

You have a one-time batch of documents to remediate, no appetite to upload them, and no team available to run Docker. You want CASO to just handle it.
